Registration 101

Interested in registering your camper? Here are a few details that we hope will help with the process…

  • Registration for Summer 2026 will open at 10:00 a.m. EST on October 29th, 2025 for families/campers who were registered with us in 2025. This is called our Pre Registration Opportunity (PRO) and is exclusive to 2025 families

    • 2025 Families: Please expect to receive more information and a link to register via email approximately 1 week prior to registration opening.

  • General Registration will open at 10:00 am EST on November 5th, 2025 for all other families

    • Important: if you did not have a camper registered with us in 2025, please do not apply during PRO (October 29th - November 4th). We would be thrilled to receive an application from your family during General Registration. Applications that are submitted early will be time stamped for the end of the day on November 5th.

  • If you log into the registration portal before 10:00 a.m. EST on October 29th or November 5th you will need to refresh your page at 10:00 a.m. in order to view 2026 Overnight Camp information.

  • Please review our database provider’s “best practices” with regards to online registration.

    • Note: registrants logging onto the portal at 10:00 a.m. EST on October 29th or November 5th may encounter the following message: “Welcome! A lot of people are registering at the moment. You will be able to proceed with your registration shortly.” Please keep refreshing your browser until this message disappears.

  • We are pleased to accept applications for campers who are 7 - 16 years of age.

  • Please have your child’s most recent tetanus immunization date and Health Card# (if applicable) handy. Note: you will NOT be able to edit your camper’s medical form after it has been submitted.

  • Campers are registered on a first come, first served basis.

  • If your camper is put on a waiting list, please know that all Camper Applications are stamped with the time and date so that we may maintain a first come, first served system. Applications must be fully completed and submitted in order to add your camper to a wait list.

  • You may apply for more than one session and/or wait listed session. If you are interested in your camper attending one session only, please follow up with our office via email (summer@tawingo.net) to indicate your preferred Session.

  • Once your Camper Application has been successfully submitted, please look for an email acknowledgement from us (please check your spam/junk/promotions folders).

  • Applicants will receive a second email from our office, once we have had an opportunity to review your Application. This process does take a bit of time due to the volume of Applications.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • A $750 per camper, per session deposit is due with your Camper’s Application. A deposit will only be collected if your camper is officially registered. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Session fees may be paid in full at the time of completing a Camper Application - if you wish. Otherwise, the balance of fees is due April 1st, 2026.

  • If your summer plans change, for any reason, you have until February 15th, 2026 to cancel and receive a full refund.
