Important 2026 Overnight Camp Dates
October 7th, 2025 - Applications for the 2026 Voyageur Adventure (VA), Wilderness Journey (WJ), and Tawingo Leadership Course (TLC) will be open and available online (for age eligible campers, who have their Fox Crests, and were registered campers in 2025). Campers who meet the above criteria will receive an email with links to these Applications on October 7th.
October 21st, 2025 - All 2026 VA/WJ applications are due by NOON (12:00pm) EST.
October 28th, 2025 - All 2026 TLC applications are due by NOON (12:00pm EST.
October 29th, 2025 - Registration for Summer 2026 will open at 10:00am for families/campers who were registered with us in 2025. This is called our Pre Registration Opportunity (PRO) and is exclusive to 2025 camper families.
Important: if you did not have a camper registered with us in 2025, please do not apply during PRO (October 29th - November 4th). We would be thrilled to receive an application from your family during General Registration beginning on November 5th. Applications from new families that are submitted prior to November 5th will be time stamped for the end of the day on November 5th.
November 4th, 2025 - PRO Closes at MIDNIGHT (12:00am) EST.
November 5th, 2025 - General Registration for Summer 2026 opens at 10:00am EST.
February 15th, 2026 - 2026 Overnight Camp Cancellation Deadline
April 1st, 2026 - Balance of Overnight Camp Fees are due
May 31st, 2026 - Final Camp Forms are due
June 26th, 2026 - Arrival Day - Tawingo Leadership Course
June 28th, 2026 - Arrival Day - Voyageur Adventure/Wilderness Journey Blue Trip
June 30th, 2026 - Arrival Day - First Session
July 19th, 2026 - Arrival Day - Second Session
August 9th, 2026 - Arrival Day - Third Session
