Important 2027 Overnight Camp Dates
October 6th, 2026 - Applications for the 2027 Voyageur Adventure (VA), Wilderness Journey (WJ), and Tawingo Leadership Course (TLC) will be open and available online (for age eligible campers, who have their Fox Crests, and were registered campers in 2026). Campers who meet the above criteria will receive an email with links to these Applications on October 6th.
October 20th, 2026 - All 2027 VA/WJ applications are due by NOON (12:00pm) EST.
October 27th, 2026 - All 2027 TLC applications are due by NOON (12:00pm) EST.
October 28th, 2026 - Registration for Summer 2027 will open at 10:00am EST for families/campers who were registered with us in 2026. This is called our Pre Registration Opportunity (PRO) and is exclusive to 2026 camper families.
Important: if you did not have a camper registered with us in 2026, please do not apply during PRO (October 28th - November 3rd inclusive). We would be thrilled to receive an application from your family during General Registration beginning on November 4th. Applications from new families that are submitted prior to November 4th will be time stamped for the end of the business day on November 4th.
November 3rd, 2026 - PRO Closes at MIDNIGHT (12:00am) EST.
November 4th, 2026 - General Registration for Summer 2027 opens at 10:00am EST.
February 15th, 2027 - 2027 Overnight Camp Cancellation Deadline
April 1st, 2027 - Balance of Overnight Camp Fees are due
May 31st, 2027 - Final Camp Forms are due
July 2nd, 2027 - Arrival Day - Tawingo Leadership Course
July 4th, 2027 - Arrival Day - Voyageur Adventure/Wilderness Journey Blue Trip
July 6th, 2027 - Arrival Day - First Session
July 25th, 2027 - Arrival Day - Second Session
August 15th, 2027 - Arrival Day - Third Session
