Countdown to Summer Camp!

Summer Camp is almost here! No doubt you have a number of questions about Camp for this year. Similarly, there is information we must receive from you before Camp begins.

We ask that registered camper families begin preparing for Summer Camp by reviewing our “IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CAMPER FAMILIES” booklet. This booklet is designed to answer many questions that you and/or your camper(s) may have about the summer ahead, as well as to help you provide us with the information we need to best care for your camper(s). Once you have reviewed the information, please hop onto the registration portal to complete important forms for your camper(s). 

Countdown to Camp Checklist:

1. Review our “IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CAMPER FAMILIES” booklet

2. Log into the online portal and complete the following forms:

• Confidential Information

• Transportation/Camper Bank/Purchases

• Other forms specific to your camper(s)

3. Review our Equipment List

4. Label all of your campers belongings with their full name

5. Watch for important emails from Camp as we near the time of your camper’s arrival (about a week out from the start of Camp)

6. Complete a lice/health check prior to departing Camp. If necessary keep your camper home and contact the Camp office to make alternate arrival plans

7. If traveling by car, plan to arrive as close to 11:00am DST as possible

8. Start singing Camp songs now! :)
