It is easy to find us!
Camp Tawingo is located west of Highway #11 at Huntsville, Ontario on the north side of Lake Vernon. The Camp is 8 km west on Muskoka Road No. 2, West. Pass through the Community of Ravenscliffe to the Camp Tawingo gate. Transportation: There is a paved highway to the Camp gates. VIA Rail and Ontario Northland Bus Services travel to Huntsville from Southern and Northern Ontario. Chartered Buses transport campers from Ottawa, Toronto, and Kitchener-Waterloo to and from Camp each session.
From Ottawa: Take Highway 417 west to Hwy #60 west to Huntsville, Highway #11 south 1 km to Muskoka Road No. 2 West (right), also known as Ravenscliffe Road, 8 km to Camp Tawingo. Total distance 400 km.
From Toronto: Take Highway 400 north to Highway #11 north to Huntsville, Muskoka Road No. 2 West (turn left), through Ravenscliffe, 8 km to Camp Tawingo. Total distance 228 km.
From Windsor, London, Kitchener-Waterloo: Highway 401 east to Toronto. Take Highway 400 north to Highway #11 north to Huntsville, Muskoka Road No. 2 West (turn left), through Ravenscliffe, 8 km to Camp Tawingo. Total distance from Windsor 578 km, from London 400 km, from Kitchener-Waterloo 295 km.
