HOW! HOW!

We continue to be enthusiastic and excited with the success of our Jack Pearse Memorial Campership Fund.

Here are just some of the comments from the counsellors of children who have attended Camp Tawingo thanks to our Tawingo Alumni. They are drawn from their camper files.

The following is a compilation of these observations:

• Camp affords her an opportunity to take her mind off and escape situations at home...
• she has been through a lot for such a young age...
• is determined and never gives up...
• takes full advantage of all the opportunities presented at camp...
• a really special girl, tons of fun, a real chatterbox...
• is very thankful for everything – is so enthusiastic and happy to be at camp...
• she will return home more sure and confident in herself...
• he was very respectful of others...
• liked programs and did well for a first year camper...
• mature and helpful – was great – I promise you’ll love him
• he has a very positive attitude about Camp...
• he is having an amazing time and the others treat him respectfully...
• will be your best friend for the entire session...
• he is the nicest kid in the world...

Please consider joining the increasing numbers of Tawingo Staff, Alumni and friends who have made a commitment to improve the lives of youngsters through a summer camp experience at Camp Tawingo.
